P104 by PERTICI

With reference to wide experience of Pertici Team, and sticking to Their usual and well known high quality, new compact machining center was designed in 2018. P104 is full 4-axis machining center with 3,3m working range and a spindle rotating around piece in range of -90 to +90 degrees. It is a great combination of quality and price.

CNC ULTIMA

CNC ULTIMA is a unique concept of combined mobile 4-axis machining center and an independent cutting station.
It was designed to OPTIMIZE PRODUCTION in time, without loosing its FLEXIBILITY.
There is a version dedicated for aluminium and different model for STEEL MANUFACTURING.

DIGI BS 350 cutting centre for aluminum

DIGI BS 350 is a flexible and versatile cutting centre for aluminum beads and small profiles.

It may be equipped either with an automatic infeed gripper controlled by CNC, or with automatically controlled bumber which determines a lenght of a piece. It depends on what is necessary and what is the puropse of machine.

TOOLS

TOOLS – High quality machining is impossible without apropriately adjusted tool. Ultima offers tools, mainly hard metal milling tools of the finest quality which are intended to be used in cnc machines. Tools that we offer were manufactured in Italy, following a technical specification that resulted from long term experience. We deliver both durability and fine quality of work for reasonable prices.

SERVICE

We are fully aware how important it is to maintain Your CNC machine in an excellent condition for long time. And what we care for is to avoid any standstills that may occur during its exploitation. Therefore we deliver to our clients full range of technical services. We assure at least one-year warranty for the machines, but we are also ready to extend this period according to clients suggestion, with additional contract clauses.
