P107 4-axis CNC machining center

P107 is a model entirely designed and built by the Italian company PERTICI INDUSTRIES.

It is a 4-axis machine designed for the w&d industry.

Compared to the P104 model, the work table was extended to a length of 7,1 m (two 3.5 m long zones), a mobile tool magazine was installed, movement along the X axis was accelerated (90 m/s) and a pendular work module was made available.

 

This machine may be customized with variety of options! Amongst others: tool measuring system, x-axis measuring system, automatic greasing, cabin insulation etc.

 

As one of biggest advantage of the machine, we consider its software. To control all CNC machines of Pertici, including this model, we use our own CAD-CAM software – Pcam.

It allows: 1) control all basic features of machine; 2) create in few steps own production; 3) import production lists from software like Unilink, Orgadata, Opera etc.; 4) import files from AUTOCAD

  • One piece bed made of steel;
  • Feed along 4 axes controlled by precise, brushless servo motors;
  • Electrospindle with a power of 5 kW (S1) 0-20,000 rpm;
  • 8 automatically controlled clamps;
  • HSK F50 tool holder system;
  • Mobile (between zones) automatic tool magazine with a capacity of 8 tools;
  • Cabin ensuring full isolation of the work area during operation;
  • Maximum length of workpiece: 7.1 m / or two zones of 3.5 m each;
  • 2-4 pneumatically controlled reference points;
  • Massive yet compact clamps allow the spindle to operate even at a short distance from the clamp;
